There were Birkenstocks in Costco a couple of weeks ago. They were about £15 for the flip flop kind.0

I got some in TKMaxx the year before last.
Otherwise, there are traders in Germany who sell through Ebay.
I used to go to the Birkenstock Shop in Neal St, London, and buy the reduced samples - got some REALLY nice designs that way
