anyway of avoiding getting spots around time of the month? Im 25 and look like i have mole hills coming out of my chin!

I use clean and clear every day twice a day (morning and evening) always take my make up of with make up remover and moisturise. Its doing my head in now. Make up covers them but i must look a right state first thing in the morning!

If its linked to your period I suspect then it's hormonal and as such not a fat lot will prevent them (the first few months of pregnancy for me made my skin awful due to hormones).
What I have noticed generally though is using mineral makeup has helped my skin no end. Its not a miracle cure and if the hormones are raging I still gets spots but just not as many.
You have my sympathy as I spent most of my adult life wishing I was wearing a bag on my head

I get them too OP and discovered that not giving in to sugar cravings at TOTM helped. A friend swears by evening primrose as it has reduced all her menstrual symptoms.
