What can I do with plain vanilla muffins?

I have just received my order from ApprovedFood and it included 60 vanilla Bakin Boys muffins which I have split with a freind.
Has anyone any ideas what I can do with them other than just eating on their own?
They are small sized, about the size of a fairy cake.

spread jam on the top then dip then in dessicated coconut. I used to do this to fairy cakes when the kids were tiny and they loved them.0

Serve them with a bit of "sharp" fruit puree- eg a fruit puree made from blackberries or similar fruit and top off with a dollop of plain fromage frais?0

I am with faithcecillia - along the lines of a spongecake and custard combo. Perhaps mix in some nice raspberry jam there too. Mmmmmmmm rib sticking stuff

Wow!
Thanks everyone for your suggestions.
The only one I had thought of was using them as fairy cakes and icing them.
I think I had better stay away from approved foods site for a while.
:rolleyes:0
