Suit Sales in Edinburgh

Hello all you Central Scotland MSE'rs! Anybody know of any stores in/near Edinburgh having a sale of gents' suits at the moment?

I took a stroll along the main streets in the city centre yesterday and couldn't see any. Nothing too grand needed, just jacket and trousers suitable for everyday office wear.

Don't know if there's a sale on (haven't been past for a while), but I always find Slater's on George Street to be really reasonably priced. A lot of good quality stuff and the staff are helpful.

I totally agree with the other 2 posts about Slaters. Very good value and good service. Go a bit before you need it in case you get something that you want them to alter.

they do some well known brands that they are not allowed to advertise at discounted prices.

There's a suit shop on lothian road next to the odeon cinema (it's on the corner of morrison st/lothian road) thats been having a closing down sales for the last couple of months - no idea of the name of it tho!

i just got one from the debenhams spectacular sale pierre cardan was £289 i paid £150 and got nectar points and cash back from my CC i am now going to pay off my CC so it is a cheap (ish) suit wore it to a weding last night and it is actually a very smart suit although definately not one to be worn at the office unless you are minted and can afford to pay this kind of money
