Went to our local bargain shop at lunchtime and managed to get 2 brand new clarks summer handbags, one pair of red sandals and a pair of denim shorts for dd all for the grand total of £6.49!
Planning on selling one of the bags on ebay so maybe I'll get some of that back too!0 -

£20.78 on summer clothes for DD in Tesco sale. £10.34 on petrol and £3.97 on weed and moss killer. Hoping for a no-spend weekend and that the weather is ok for me to sow this weed killer!0

Not a great day...£40 on food, fags (£10! eek duty free on last packet!), mcdonalds lunch (made me feel sick - serves me right eh! vile stuff) & also got a new ledger which I managed to get money off (25p but 25p is 25p!!) because the corner was bent!! My friends will hate me soon!! Have a spend free weekend listing more stuff on ebay so hopefully catch up on myself! Food was also to cook & freeze so hopefully will make up for that on next months budget! Have £6 to last till pay day but still have 100 credit in account which is a first for me EVER!! Sorry...bit longer than anticipated!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

Wow, thats good, bought mine before I saw this post though! Paid £4.99 for 6 - so not too bad though. We don't have a 99p or pound shop locally so it might have cost more to get them anyway, but I will look next time I go to one, thanks!

No spend day for me until this evening then we went out for a bar meal, £39.95 for four. Came home for pudding! DH started chemotherapy today so we didn't feel like staying in.Love living in a village in the country side0
