Today my mum met me for lunch and bought me a sandwich (free lunch)

She has also offered me a lift home so that's a saving of £1.30 for the bus, it will also save me loads of time which i plan to use to make a nice healthy dinner.

I'm not planning on going out to anywhere that requires spending over the weekend. And i'm getting free dinner tomorrow night at my mums (my mum is really great!).

Thanks ms_london! It can get a bit manic sometimes!! Next week only 2 shifts, but then the week after 4 again!!

All money off the debts though!!!

So long as you're enjoying it thats all that matters. Mind you, because I am only in on a Sat, sometimes the less I do the less I want to (if that makes sense!!). You are doing really well, but dont make yourself ill!!

Just spent £250 on the flights - eeeeeek!!!

Star1979 - well done on joining library!! I gave in and bought two books yesterday - but I'll probably sell on ebay when I've finished.... One is "Around the World in 80 Dates", hehe, quite appropriate - will see if I can pick up any tips!!

Off now - enjoy the rest of your day & weekend.

    xx

Had a meeting at lunch time in the pub. ;) Boss paid for the glass of wine. Sat in the sunshine drinking it, lovely. Would like a kip now though

I took a top back to topshop that I bought and then decided wouldn't wear and that has been sitting around for ages. I exchanged it for a hairband and a pair of earrings that I will wear! (I know it would have been more DFW to take it back in time to get my money back but mistakes happen. :o )
What did I do at work before I discovered MSE?!

DFD - WAS: a while ago

NOW - not sure, due to boyfriend going back to uni for masters and now pgce. Worth it in the long run!
Proud to be dealing with my debts!

EBay is the holy grail of Auction Sites, use it to clear your unwanted items and generate you some income to spend on whatever you want. Just don't get addicted like me :)

This is so trivial but I picked up 3p from the classroom floor and kept it for my loose change savings. There is always money lying around the school cos the kids play that game throwing pennies against the wall. I have decided now that every time I see money on the ground I will pick it up no matter how small. I suppose I should give it to charity but at the moment being £17000 in debt, that charity is me.

Remembered at 5am that I had a jar in a cupboard with coins in so sorted it into my coin sorter!! I love the sound it makes!!! Got 25p off a barely damaged ledger but failed when I had a(revolting) McDonalds due to bad lunch planning & brought tupperware so I can cook (me cook PMSL!!) & freeze!! Spend free w/e to come with ebay listing...such an exciting life I lead!
