Is there a template for a F&F where there appears to be no CCA?

I queried my lack of CCA with Additions, they passed it on to a DCA and sent me a default notice in response.

Instead of just leaving it, is there a template for a F&F seeing as technically owing them anything is in dispute? Are they likely to consider something very low?

also is there one for when a company just blatantly ignores your request for CCA and subsequent letters? I asked before but lost the thread. Thanks!
