Reclaiming Late Payment Charges on Loans?

Is it possible basically? Can you reclaim charges set against late loan repayments? Also i was charged £60 to change my payment date. Is this allowed? Can they charge this much? Seems excessive to me. If it is possible how do you go about it? Is it a similar process to reclaiming bank charges?
