Boots £5 off fragrance plus free gifts online

When I go to checkout and enter the £5 code, it says Your "Save £5 when you buy selected fragrances" promotion total:

but it doesn't take anything off the price.. anyone help?!

Just to let you know that I have managed to use the code for a second time on my account - I first ordered a couple of weeks ago and it would only let me use it the once, but tried again yesterday and hey presto worked (bought some cool water wave) :T

i think whats happening is you have to have paid and collected the order before being able to use it again as ive never been able to use the same code while i have an order waiting to be despatched and collected.
