If i have a secured loan taken out before april 2007, and i have written to the company asking for a copy of my credit agreement, and they have said they cant find it as it has been lost. Where do i stand as the debt is secured on the house?

A copy of the mortgage would have been sent to the Land registry.
If you want my opinion you have no chance of getting off on a technicality here and if you mess the lender around you could lose your home - take care.0
