How many of you out there have been issued your £5.00 voucher ( after spending £30) for Stella, Becks or Strongbow? Vouchers valid to 16.09.09. Only to find your stores have had no stock. For 5 days visiting 3 different stores we tried to obtain our beer to no avail. I've emailed their customer services and had no response. But the best yet is that some stores are extending the voucher dates and others are not. Also the day after the promotion ends the beer became available again. Don't rush to spend more for a voucher because you can be left very disapointed with your return. not with Tesco

Same with ours. Let us know if customer services get back to you. The last time they ran this offer we were shopping on a Sunday morning before 10am and therefore couldn't purchase the £5 beer due to the licensing laws... Went to customer services to ask if we could come back later and buy the £5 beer if we retained the receipt only to be told 'no'. Great eh?!0

Not all stores will issue the price promise vouchers - unfortunately as with their money off coupon policy (mocs use) it is down to the discretion of the manager. T's do seem to be annoying people an awful lot recently - why can't they have a "one for all" policy?

If an item is out of stock you get a price promise coupon to use when it comes back in stock. The woman in front of me today in the queue used a beer price promise coupon today to get beer for £5.
I read on these forums somewhere last week that the beer offer had been extended to the end of September - if this is true then stores should have been told this even though the till spits are out of date.
Whether that is right remains to be seen and I can't recall who posted it, whether it was a 'couponing regular' on the forums or not? Customer Service MAY confirm but don't hold your breath, their replies are very hit and miss!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
