I have to say that it was obvious from the outset that mortgagebundles was a stupid idea.
There are millions of new mortgages every year, and each lender has hundreds or thousands of customers applying for each of its products, each of which has gone through a rigorous marketing and pricing process.
The idea that anything different would be offered to little (tiny in fact) bundles of customers was laughable. Where are the economies of scale which would result in them getting a better deal than available to the market as a whole? There are none.0 -
I think the founders of mortgagebundles.com expected a better success and they projected that onto the economy of scale. You never know, it might eventually take off, but it doesnt look likely at present. stranger things have happened.I am a Mortgage Adviser
