I ordered twenty packs yesterday. Delivery driver has just been - they substituted white @ £1.56 a pack. Needless to say they have gone straight back.

I ordered two packs of the loo rolls at 36p each with my weekly shopping and guess what surprise surprise they were out of stock and sent me blue ones instead at full price which do not go with my colour scheme in the downstairs loo-lol.

my delivery just arrived - guess what no green only pink. didnt even unload from van, as i sent them back. I put no substitute on order as well.

I rang tesco on line services and asked why they made substitute when asked not to. Also mentioned as to why no contact from tesco when it was obvious my order price would increase greatly. As in the past tesco have rung when large variations in price.

He appologised and said he would refund half my delivery charge for the inconvenience. But my email says refunded full £5.99 refunded so Im happy.

he did say he was going to tesco store tomorrow and would have a trip round the loo rolls to check the price and buy a trolly full if he found any at this price. But I did point out it may be an internet only offer. LOL Had a great sense of humour
