Letter from OR Office (RTLU)

Hi can anybody advise, my OH has rec'd a letter today from OR office saying his BR file will be transferred to the RTLU. who will deal with any assets in his estate and payments to be made to creditors.

He has no assets.
What does this letter mean?

    dont worry RTLU is a good sign..means the OR's more or less finished in the case & everything's beeing wound up..NOTHING to panic about at all

    Just what it says.

    If you have no assets or IPA then it's just the local OR's office clearing it's desks for new cases and transferring old cases where there is little left to be done to RTLU.

    Nothing to be concerned about at all. :)

    He lives on handouts from family as and when or I try to help.

    But no ... no IPA
  • As the guys have said there is no need to worry, it is just the OR clearing his desks of the cases he has finished with. No need to panic about it.

    thats a good sign as we've said....means the ORs work is nearly done so could IF your lucky enough lead to an early discharge !!!( NO guarantee though) :D
