Have a stressful/upsetting day.

Take a sleeping tablet
Reach for scissors and
CHOP!
Luckily, I've been able to tidy it to a neatish bob - it had been waistlength:eek::eek::eek:

that brought back a memory: heavily pregnant and high summer and I have a problem regulating my body temperature anyway... finally lost the last vestiges of my cool and, after clipping my son's hair, took the shaver to my own head. From long luxurious tresses to, well, nothing really

Hi faithcelia,
Just been reading another of your threads also ((((((hugs))))))) to you - sounds like you're having a really tough time of things right now. I'm guessing you hacked your own hair off?????? well did it make you feel better, more empowered, for the tiniest second???? so hope so, if it did it is totally worth it. Your hair will grow back if you wish, but right now you may come to enjoy the easiness of a short style.
Hope you're getting lots of support to help you through this time of huge transition - you know we're all behind you 100% - you can do this. Anything i can do to help please do ask

Bit of a whim, just somehow seemed a good thing to do.
Yes, having a horrible time. Thankfull, new shortish hair is not the worst thing that could have happened.
And will save a bomb on shampoo and conditioner:rotfl:0 -

I actually losy all my hair (everywhere:eek:) over 10yrs ago, and when it grew back i swore I would never cut it. Now I feel that promise was holding me in the past I am trying to escape from. Did it myself as that way its no ones fault but mine (and have trimmed my own for years anyway).
Feels liberating, even though its about an inch shorter than I intended. so will need to wait few weeks to get it sorted properly. But as I'm brassic just now thats not a problem:rotfl:0 -
So its a positive thing then? Why do we take our emotions out on our hair?, its not just females either my OH chopped his shoulder length hair a few years ago during a bad patch, I hope things go well for you;)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0
