Hi-5 are planning a surprise party and everyone is invited! Cat, Chris, Emma, Jenny and Luke want to do something special for their wonderful friend Chats' birthday. So, they are throwing her a party, it's a big, fun-filled surprise with heaps of singing, dancing and party games.
