I know i've asked a version of this question before but I'm still very very confused.
Let me explain;
- I am going Bankrupt but my Husband is not. We have a joint tenancy.
Say for arguments sake our rent is 400 pounds and we both pay half ( i.e. 200 pounds) do I put the total rent or just my half on the statement of affairs?
- Also if I have to put the total cost of the rent do I put all of my husbands expenditure. I'm particullarly thinking of car and travel expenses here.
Thank you ever so much

You put the whole amount, same for all other household bills like utilities, council tax, insurance etc.,
Your OH's contribition should be half of these household expenses only.
You won't have any of his personal outgoings, like his hair, his travel etc. and his contribution will not include these either.
Hope that makes senses

- When you say put half the insurance, do you mean car or house insurance? We have a car each as he is working and I am a Carer for our disabled daughter if that helps you.
- As regards to the question of 'Household contributions' do I put as income the DLA that belongs to my daughter and is paid into my account and for that matter do I put Carers allowance as income too?
Thanks for all your help.
I'm just desperate to get these wretched forms done!
Many Thanks

No, you put down all of the house insurance, not half, its a household expenses, not a personal one.
As you have a car each you only put down your car insurance etc., you don't put anything down for his.
I'm not sure what hapens to your DD's DLA, but you do out carers allowance down as that's your income.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
