Anyone had any dealings with them?
I'm after a new laptop & applied to pay via a loan with them.
They sent a PDF doc with the email asking me to print off the credit agreement, sign it, scan it back into the computer and email it back to them. Seems a shoddy way of doing things to me but hey ho.
Anyone else had to do it this way?

Seems like a fantastic way of doing things to me if only more organisations would come into this century and start doing business electronically.

Don't have any experience of them as such but wanted to add my 2p.

I've just applied for a loan with Dell too. How long did it take them to get back to you initially? Re: credit agreement, did it have all your bank details etc on it?

It saves 3 days worth of postage time, so looks like a good idea to me

might be an idea to do a search on here 1st as ive read a few horror stories about dell finance,search google as well even page one has negative vibes

I signed up for this about six months ago and had no issues at all!

We have a computer and a laptop from Dell and yes that is exactly what happened 3 years ago when we took out the finance. IMO it is much quicker. We have never had a problem with Dell whatsover, and since my computer is just about paid off, I am considering buying another for the hubby..... what can I say, he is jealous because even after three years my computer has a better spec than many you can buy in the likes of Dixons unless you pay megabucks.
