I emailed them as soon as I finished placing my order explaining that the delivery address is not the same as the billing address as there wasn't an option to do whilst ordering. I also asked when I could expect to get the gift and the first issue because it's for my mums birthday on Sunday. This was on the 27th of September. All I got was an aurtomated response saying somebody would get back to me. I waited and no contact, so I emailed again 4th October - automated response received but still no actual answer
Which leaves me with literally no time to buy her present!
Will be ringing tomorrow but very annoyed as it leaves only Saturday for me to get something and the choices are limited now for alternatives 0 -

Has anybody received the magazine or book yet? I notice they had an edition that came out 10 days after my order.0
