Sammy, I need to look at my calorie intake. I can't do much about the burning them though. I've been meaning to work on it after I get used to meal planning. Try to meal plan healthy meals that are lower calorie, I'm going to rejoin an American calorie counter website, or even join the British one at £10 a month. I can't remember what the recommended minimum calorie intake is though! I know if you go too low your body goes into starvation mode and you don't lose weight.
Anyway, I'll stop rambling! Really need to tidy up all the crap from under the sofa so the new one can go in, I've found three pairs of shoes, a kitchen timer, cuddly polar bear and linen bag, as well as various cushions. Oh, and a tape measure.
I learnt another useful piece of information.... 3-4 ounces is the recommended portion size for protein in a meal....that is tiny!!!!

I'm not sure about weight, but the British Heart Foundation recommend three playing card pack size portions of protein a day. My health trainer was really stumped when I asked if that's before or after cooking! So I've been sticking to that and the healthy eating plate. Well, up to the last few weeks, hopefully all the stress will be gone and I can get back into it next week.
