Bank charges reclaim from Lloyds

Hi,
I sent off the standard letter off the https://www.bankcharges.info site to Lloyds to claim back some of the charges levied on my account, and they've sent me back a stock letter saying I knew the terms and conditions when I signed up and the overdraft excess is 'one of the few charges' on the account. They then say 'as a business we are entitled to set charges to cover additional work'.
What should be my next step? they don't mention the OFT ruling at all. From my time working at a Building Society I know they try to put you off the scent but crumble when pushed because they know they're in the wrong, an underhand tactic really.
what type of reply should be my next?
Cheers people

have a look at https://www.bankchargeshell.co.uk in the FAQ section. It seems a lot clearer than on the website you have been using
:heartpuls CG :heartpulsEver wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.0 -
Be prepared to fill in an online claim at https://www.moneyclaim.gov as lloyds will not back down.
I am at the stage were i am ready to enter my claim just have to wait til i have £80 in my account to pay for it.
Good luck though keep us updated. LOVE LIFE PROCEED & PROGRESS0 -
I would write again asking them to reconsider but giving them a deadline of 14days to respond and then be prepared to fill in an online claim if you have no joy. Have a look at the website I recommended on an earlier post
