Court papers for a CCJ

I have been with CCCS for 2 years now and all the companies which i have debt with have been accepting my payments. Today i had court papers sent to me from Northampton County Court advising me that Natwest had filed to have a CCJ made against me. Natwest have never once sent me anything in the last two years to say that…

Stanley - this is going to get confusing if we're trying to deal with two problems (yours and wonderwoman's) at the same time. Could you start a new thread? You have 14 (16) days to apply for a redetermination. If the judgement stays as a forthwith judgement and you don't pay it then the claimant can apply for a CO but take one step at a time (preferably in a new thread!)
