Portable air conditioning unit

I am looking for any advice or opinions on a small air conditioning unit for the house.
The largest room I would like to cool down is 20' X 18' and I would like to be able to wheel it from room to room.
I dont know anything about them or the different (if at all) types there are so would appreciate any input.
