bread with creme fraiche?

hello

I have noticed recipes before which use youghurt and some other basic ingredients for bread. could I do the same with creme fraiche and how do I do it?

I found this on the net - after wading through it, I think it says sour cream and creme fraiche are very similar, then in the next section it says sour cream and yogurt can be interchanged on recipes, so I think that means it would be okay to use creme fraiche instead of yogurt... have I lost you ? I think I lost myself somewhere along the way !!!
