CSA Problem

if hours have been cut, then the CSA are legally required to assess you at (20% for 2 children) of your present net income.
you need to send them proof of earnings by recorded/signed for. also, as has been advised, request your clerical files under the DPA.
without proof, they will deny recieving letters, phone calls, info. you really need to cover all bases with them as they are incompetent to say the least and they will hammer you.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.
and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.0 -
They really don't care about the NRP and their family. All they care about is getting the figure on their system and they don't really care if it is correct or not.
You need to get that breakdown of your information. Request your a copy of your files again. Nacsa have a template on their website for a letter to send to them ... click here
You could also contact your local MP and get them to write to the CSA regarding your case, it appears to give them a kick up the backside.
Good luck with it all.
We wrote to our MP re the CSA and it did kind of work, we got £30 compensation for all the emotional heartache and slander
