CSA Problem

if hours have been cut, then the CSA are legally required to assess you at (20% for 2 children) of your present net income.

you need to send them proof of earnings by recorded/signed for. also, as has been advised, request your clerical files under the DPA.

without proof, they will deny recieving letters, phone calls, info. you really need to cover all bases with them as they are incompetent to say the least and they will hammer you.

You could also contact your local MP and get them to write to the CSA regarding your case, it appears to give them a kick up the backside.

We wrote to our MP re the CSA and it did kind of work, we got £30 compensation for all the emotional heartache and slander :D:D
