NDR problems!

Anyone have a history with NDR?
I have a littlewoods account that was placed with them when i was unable to work anymore and the insurance wouldnt pay as it was a car accident - grrr ....anyway.....

I have been on a agreemnt to pay £10 a month - some months i have paid more. and always on time. the account was only £250 anyway. I now have £120 left to pay and they have added a random £5 to the account. So i phone them and say whats this on my statement. The lady says - 'we dont issue statements'!!! 'Whats this filling a file?' then i ask. She says they must be letters. It says statement on them!
I want to know why £5 has bee addd to my account and not in the past. She says because i dont have an ageeent and never had done. I have letters saying thank you for setting up an ageement. She says that i must have faked them! :rotfl:
Well - you can guess my frustration!
She goes to ask a collegue - comes back and says 'you were charged because you havnt been meeting your payments'..............ummmmmmm what has she just been saying!
Her overall opinion then is to write a letter to ask what the charge is for and to arrange a payment plan.
Dont worry love - have already started planning my letter while you rattled on - thank you very much for your help, goodbye.

Letter is now ready to be posted!
Is this a random pick on me because they want to squeze a few more pounds from me becasue i have ben a easy customer or is this a regular occurance?

    2 things

    1) if you do not have a valid signed consumer credit act agreement with them you dont owe them the money. Ask for a copy of a signed agreement.

    2) all unfair charges can be claimed back using https://www.consumeractiongroup.com/forum
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
