Does anybody have a number for them?
What a nightmare their website is. The Experian experiance was vastly easier and pleasant. Equifax is a nightmare in comparison.
I've registered and paid £2 for a credit report. It shows an incorrect CCJ. I've just been to the court to confirm it should have been cleared. I need to get in contact with Equifax to tell them the report is incorrect.

Thanks.

I think they just have an online system for contacting them, which they then respond to by email.
(Not helpful I know but I think other people have queried before about there being no phone number)A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Found something eventually.
Rang Business services on 0800 7839421 and they transferred me to customer services which was 0844 3350550.
Thanks anyway.0 -
Spent an age on hold waiting to get to the right person, def worth ringing on the 0800 number.
Also they tried to fob me off with me running around to get paperwork to prove data to them. I had to stand fast and tell them it was their reaponsibility to contact the 'Registry of Trust' (who log CCJ data) and update their files. she wouldn't give me a ref number so I did an online query too. I've a feeling I got a big F off as she put the phone down.0
