    But some banks will lend to foreign buyers - assuming they meet criteria.

    There are 100,000 s of people wanting to buy homes, many FTBers.Be happy with 1 house.............
    We,ve had too much BTL over the last 12 years or so and its been a major factor in the mess we are now in........
