Premier Inn Belfast

I am thinking of booking 1 of the Premier Inn Hotels in Belfast under their latest offer of £29 per night if staying 2 nights.
Has anyone ever stayed with Premier Inn in Belfast? Are the hotels ok? Is one better than the other-the one in Warring St appears to be cheaper. Is this because of location?
Sorry for all the questions its just when I have a choice I want to get the best one.
Thanks

I've stayed in a few Prem inns (inc Dublin) and couldn't fault them for the money but haven't stayed in any of the Belfast ones as yet but with this price may stay the night in town instead of heading home one or two nights in Oct.
The Waring St hotel is still brand new and looks well plus I think its a fantastic location with the Northern Whig, John Hewits, the Spaniard and the Duke of York (bars) right on the doorstep, that said the Alfred st hotel is also right in the middle of things with Robinsons, The Crown and the Europa literally just around the corner.
At £29 for either you'll not go wrong. :j

Opps, meant to say you could walk from one Hotel to the other in 12mins, both are genuinely in the City Centre just on either side of the main shopping area and both in safe busy parts of town.
Hope thats of some help.

Been in the Waring Street one for lunch a few times and it looks lovely and the staff were really nice as well. It is a one minute walk from the shops - personally I would go for this one because it's right in the Cathedral Quarter which is the cultural area of Belfast and there's loads of bars, shops etc right on the doorstep. The other one is prob fine but not in the middle of the buzz.0

I would def go for Waring Street...its much more in the heart of things....nearer the shops etc in high street and Castlecourt for shopping and Victoria sq for shopping. so handy for the night life. plenty of pubs and restaurants right on the doorstep....0

I would go with Waring Street for sure. Is in a much better location and is absolutely brand new...:beer:0

I would probably go for the Waring Street one too due to it's proximity to bars & shopping but the Alfred St one is also quite new (no more than 2-3 years old, if that) and is a quieter location if that's important to you.0
