Anyone have a recipe for Chicken Katsu curry?
I love the one from Yo Sushi, but i hate forking out £3.70 for a tiny little bowl of it!!

i know its not quite in the spirit of OS, but my local morrisons do a kit for katsu curry, it has the crumb stuff, the curry sauce and the sticky rice, you add chicken and egg. it was about £3, so cheaper than all eating out!?
i also used to have a wagamama cookbook that i think had a recipe, it was just a little thin one i got with a magazine or something.. i dont know where it is but maybe someone else has a copy..0
