    I've got some peppermint foot scrub, but any sort of body scrub you have would be fine... soak your feet in warm water then scrub with the scrub stuff, if you have a pumice stone thats good for rubbing away cracks. once done then moisturise thoroughly, I use E45 on my feet as it does wonders for me.....

    see I know what to do, its just getting round to doing it!!! lol

    right didnt get chance to grab my pampering stuff as was potting up the chutney, had 5 jars, think I'll have to give a pot to my mother and to nan and grandad.

    will get pampering stuff next break... promise

    I thought he said 49 in the first episode but then he said 44 (ish, I think) in the second or third one.

    thanks hun am so excited about it.... didn't get much housework done though, only did four lots of washing, ironing cooked chutney and put the dishwasher on, had meant to hoover etc..... OH is coming back tomorrow about half 9 ish I think so will have time to hoover etc then.
