No disrespect to the OP, this really did look like an amazing find, but my delivery has just arrived and I was really surprised at what total tat the things I ordered are. I got three pairs of earrings, all on the first page, and I'd be ashamed to give any of 'em as Christmas gifts.
Did you order the black and white diamond ones ? i ordered them and the smokey quartz earrings both for presents.... were they ok ?
i am due to collect mine tomorrow in store...think i may have a look first. can you return them at the desk when you go instore to collect them ?

Did you get the twist earrings? If so, I might be interested if you don't want them.

I'm sorry to hear that some people are not happy with some of the items. I think it might be possible to return these things if they're not up to scratch.

I had the black and white diamond earrings and the 1/4 caret square ones arrive today and I have to say I think they are lovely.

A huge thank you to all who post the comps and deals that make life so much fun!
  • I got the black and white diamond ones for myself. They arrived today. I wasn't expecting anything outstanding so I'm delighted with them. They'll match the black and white diamond ring I got a couple of years ago.

Hello Steve, great post if anyone wants some jewellery, but I have to say that Grants of Cornwall are only paying £4.82 per gram for 9ct gold, so you would only get £38.56 for the 8 gram bracelet minus the postage.
As previously posted, http://www.hattongardenmetals.com/ are very competive at any time, and no I don't work for them!

Gosh - how can Grants be advertising that they pay upto £575 per ounce then? I'd love to kow how they square that one up!

Excellent news. Glad you like your items. One or two on here haven't been impressed, but I guess jewellery is always going to be a difficult one because it's so personal.
