Beacon Mortgages

I am with Paypan at the moment, and we decided to remortage the house to pay off the outstanding debts. Approached Payplan and they put us in touch with part of there company Who's Lending.
Beacon came up as the best option, so we located numerous amounts of paperwork, and the company wrote to our work places to identify our earnings, Bit awkard because people ask if you are moving.
All apperaed to be going fine paid £300.00 for a valuation, report came back house no problems at all but because we have a public house and a railway crossing with two platforms a short distance away, beacon refused the mortgage,because of this.
I am sure if they had googled the location first they would have known these were here.
We have had three mortgages since being in the property and never has this been bought up before, and they were there when we moved in!!!
At least !!!!!! Turpin had the decency to disguise his identity before he committed daylight robbery.
I am sure that the public house and railway line were here before we got the house in the first place, and no problem with the mortgage then or even a mention.
And estate agents use this as a selling point:mad:
