I have a default on my credit file for £200 from 2005. It is settled.
Will any mortgage company lend ?

my broker has recommended rbs, they did a credit check for my aip and have accepted... just waiting for the full app and am almost cracking up thinking it will be a no!!!0

Did the broker run it past RBS before doing the AIP?

WIth the sum being for £200, you may just fit inside the criteria of some lenders.
