Great news. Well done.
It's also nice to know that judges and court staff are "human".Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

Thanks everyone. It has been a long and ardous road to get this particular debt sorted by which I mean coming to an arrangement to get it paid. The creditor would not leave it be anywhere short of a Charging Order despite us paying only £50 short of the contractual payment.
I think todays outcome was a just outcome and am just pleased that we can now get on with paying it back at a rate we can afford without the continual worry of what the creditor will do next. The matter has now been finalised in the County Court.
I can at last sleep easy. The first time for a while. Going to have a beer or two now. Thanks for your messages of support.0
