Help! New boots that really hurt!

I have this problem with lots of shoes now. The soles feel really thin and hard and then your foot seems to really burn, not just get hot, they really feel like they are burning. Once I was in Wilkinsons and I actually took my foot out of my boot and put it on the cold tile floor ... it was bliss! I had to put it on later though and it was burning again within a minute.
I really hope you find a solution ... and then post it on here for me to see!
Good luck.
That is exactly what it feels like! It's horrible!List them on Ebay, then buy some more, comfy boots.
I did think of that, but I'm reluctant because they probably won't go for anywhere near what I paid for them!
I think what I'm gonna have to do is stretch them a bit then put an insole/gel pad in them. Hopefully that'll do the trick!
Thanks for all advice guys
