hi all
just checked credit score on experian 894
paid all bills over last 5 years mortgage/ phone / car loan / credit cards not missed a payment however had one credit card that was not on a direct debit and i never got time / bothered to go to the branch to pay it i just waited for them to phone and paid it over the phone there and then. problem is just looked and they have hit me with 6 late payments (ooops) on my credit report.
will this hamper my mortgage chances?

OK and what is your current situation - first time buyer, remortgage, etc.?
How much deposit do you have saved up and what property values are you thinking of?
Also when you say last three years can you be a bit more specific about how recent?

250k new property 45k in ours so need 205k mortage
earning 62k joint and got debts but paying them off for dec/jan at current rate of payments
wife has no missed payments and a very good rating
3 missed 2008 3 missed 2007
kicking myself now i know how lazy i was and the problems it will causedfw nerd no - 11870
