Can anyone recommend a painter and Decorator in my area. Looking to get a bedroom + ceiling papered room is 18ft x 13ft. Phones a guy advertising in courier and he wants £420 which I find expensive especially considering it is only papering no painting and we would be supplying materials.

Neil Menzies - he lives in Barnhill (the 70s built part though, so he's can't be charging extortionate prices.:D), I see him in passing in his van almost every morning on my way to work - so I know he will always be at work early.(just before 8am I see him)
He's a parent of one of my DD's friends,very likeable chap, been in business for donkeys years. I don't know how much he charges, though, but thought I'd mention him since he's good for timekeeping and trustworthy, imho.
