Letter offering 'amazing saving' on debt with Credit Solutions. Is it a trick?

We have been making small payments for an old loan, that is fairly huge, but today, to our old address (despite changing the address 12 months ago!!), a letter has arrived offering us a 'substantial saving' on our debt and that the offer is only valid for 21 days. Is that 21 days to call or 21 days to pay?
So I was wondering what the deal was. It feels like some sort of trick letter, will they get our number and start hassling us or something? Why not put the amount in the letter or is it something to haggle over?
We have not really be hassled by any of our creditors (we have 10) for years since we sent the letters to say 'contact us by mail only' and we send our money with post dated cheques once every 3 months - and this really works for us, they all seem happy enough.
However, we are due to get some money in a few weeks time and want to pay off a lot of our debts with this money by F&F settlement. I was going to send letters haggling with offers as I found one on here a week or so back but now this letter has arrived. I was wondering what the deal was. It tells us to call their 'deal maker', has anyone else got experience of calling them? I just do not want to jeapodise our arrangements we have now with our 'quiet' life by making a call. Thanks for any advice.

OK, thanks. I was just reading another thread and someone else was told the same. I think I might write to them, enclosing a copy of their letter, making THEM and offer and seeing what they say.
It was coming anyway, we know we are getting the money but are waiting for it to arrive so we can finally pay the damn things off. It'll be a relief, a fresh start for us after all these years as we have been paying like this for around 9 years now. Not having to worry about making sure the money has been sent or the phone going.
Thanks.0
