Childs Scooter - 2 front wheels

I drove past a girl today on a scooter that had two front wheels (and one at the back) and it looked perfect for my daughter. Does anyone know who makes these or seen them anywhere?

Is this the one you've seen? Found it at Target.com doesn't appear to be available in UK. But maybe able to get it shipped.

I know they are not the same, but I would recommend these scooters from Halfords,

I bought one for my son a few years ago, and he could use it straight away, (from age 3).

The scooter is very easy for little kids to use and helps them with their balance, and they are very durable, he still plays on his now and he is 5.
