    There are only 2 bits of advice I can give you bmunky7:

    1. If you have not already done so, get your own full survey done ASAP. Whilst it's additional cost, it's a useful tool against the lender in case there are any disputes as to what their surveyor says

    2. Keep harrassing them every day

    Like you, my own experience of this process is that they seem to making this up as they go along , requesting documents that they hadn't previously done so.

    I learned last night that the Halifax's surveyor last week described the property as 'uninhabitable', and therefore unsellable to them, whilst on his written survey 3 weeks ago he makes no mention of this.....
