By submitting this questionnaire you agree that Loyalty Management UK Limited and Ford Motor Company Ltd can separately hold the information contained within the questionnaire and use the information for data analytical and marketing purposes. The information that Loyalty Management UK Limited holds will be held in accordance with the Nectar Policy on Privacy and Data Protection.

Prize draw is open to all Nectar cardholders except employees of Loyalty Management Group, the Ford Motor Company or anyone else connected with the promotion. Only one entry per Nectar collector for the duration of the competition. Upon completing the survey you will be entered into the next prize draw. The prize draw will be held once every two months with a prize of 100,000 Nectar points. You will only be entered into one prize draw. No cash or alternative available. The prize draw will take place on the 1st day of every 2nd month. The final draw will be held on 1st January 2010. Closing dates for entries is the 31st December 2009. The prizewinner will be the first name drawn at random from valid entries. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable. Loyalty Management UK and Ford Motor Company Ltd reserve the right to close the survey at their discretion. Eligible cardholders can enter the prize draw by fully completing and submitting the questionnaire. The prizewinner must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.
