clove oil/ulcers/wisddom teeth advice needed

hi, one of my wisdom teeth is right at the end of my jaw, it has come through properly and at the right angle but the prob is its so far at the end its rubbing on my gum all the time (i have very narrow jaw) and now it feels like an ulcer. i cant move my jaw to the right as the cheek skin goes straight onto the tooth and it stings. the only pain relief i have is clove oil but it says only use on teeth not gums as can cause ulceration. i need pain relief NOW! what should i do?
