I redeemed some points for £20 paypal, with Lightspeed on 13/9 and haven't received anything yet.

It can take a couple of weeks, too long in my opinion. Also, I wouldnt save it up like you have in case they go bust or whatever. I usually redeem after every 115 points.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

I'd agree with Tiff, redeem whenever you can, you don't get the money for less points when cashing in for a tenner, so why wait?
I find the cash is in Paypal in less than a week usually, but it can take longer, and sometimes I might order £1 and then a couple of days later another £1 and I get the emails for them both going into Paypal together,so its a bit random how long it takes sometimes. They do pay out a lot quicker than other sites though so I expect you'll see your money in a day or two.

I have now withdrawn the £20. As hubby and myself share Ebay/Paypal accounts, I don't want him using it to buy something off Ebay.
