new bread pan insert for my panasonic

The bread pan bit for my panasonic has lost it's non-stick coating. Does anyone know where I can purchase a new one?

I don't want to fork out for a whole new machine for the sake of one bit. The machine still works perfectly - it just needs a new breadpan as bits of non-stick coating are now flaking off into the bread. (warning to others - it only lasted a couple of years and I handwash in ecover washing up liquid!). I tried looking on the panasonic site but had no luck. I got the machine off ebay so have no guarantee but it was brand new.

Thought this might be the place to ask - can anyone help? My son is dairy intolerant so I use it an awful lot for pizza bases, tea breads etc as well as bread.

I would email or write to Panasonic uk, am sure they will supply you with a new bread pan. It will probably cost you, but hopefully nowhere near the charge of a new breadmaker.
    Sorry got no other suggestions.
  • Yes you can get new pans spindles etc from panasonic I did this at the end of last year but a word to the wise check out the price first!!
I needed at new pan but now I suspect that I shall soon need a new motor which will mean getting a new machine - prices have fallen so much you might actually be cheaper getting a new machine. Will go and look for the web address i used

eSpares have some Panasonic SD253 spares listed HERE, including a pan and kneading blades.

For other Panny's choose from THIS list
My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead :D

looked at the espares site £38

i really like my breadmaker but have to say the morphy richards one i had before lasted a good 8 years before I "upgraded"

if anyone comes across a cheaper deal please tell me. I use my breadmaker an awful lot and do love the results from the panasonic but just haven't got that much cash right now. Do panasonic do a new unbranded machine for anyone (asda used to do a pacific one that was panasonic unbranded but they've changed to durabrand recently)

have to say at the moment I'm not sure I'd rec a panasonic.

You can buy them from Panasonic - my Dad has bought various bits over the years. Like happiness fairy, the panasonic accessories site is not working for me.
