i won an undefined through green my style website,but i didnt receive anything,so i emailed sarah from green my style website and she forwarded me to hana salam who works for jergens and she asked me what i have won,even i didnt knew all i knew it was undefined and she found my name under 75ml moisturiser,and she said that sorry they sent me but you didnt receive and she is popping another one in post
Result-on Friday i received 2 *200 ml of moisturiserss!!!
i;ve sent a thankyou email back to her,she resolved the issue very quickly!.
