Simon Miller (Bview Manager) has mislead me into writing reviews! Help

I become a member of Bview when I read about it on the forums here. Simon Miller sent me a email back in May.

This was the email

Hi,

Thanks for all your reviews last month – I hope the extra week came in handy!

The rewards scheme is still running this month, paying out at 30p per review. As its pretty much the end of July already, the deadline will be Midnight on Friday the 28th August. That gives you 5 whole weeks to get your reviews up, so a great chance to earn some cash!

Remember, rewards can only be paid out by PayPal now, so if you haven’t done so already, remember to send me your account info before the deadline!

I’ll be out of the office until the end of this week, but promise I’ll respond to any queries on Monday. In the meantime, why not become a fan of Bview on Facebook?

Now I sent him a email back after this date had passed and asked him if Bview still does reward for reviews this is what he said

Hi Richard,
Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry its taken me a couple of days to get back to you. I will be running the promo in September and plan to email everyone later today with the closing date, so anything add from now will be included.

Clearly the words ("So anything add from now will be included" is misleading to me. I wrote reviews and noticed he never emailed me on the same day back, Contacted him every day to no response at all. Finally last week he replied with this email

Hi Richard,
Apologies for the confusion from my previous email, but as explained to you back in my message to you on May 20th, the scheme has now ended and beyond that months payment I will not be able to include you for further rewards.
The confusion was caused as the name you had used on previous emails, and site and your current emails were slightly different so it took me a while to get things straightened out.

How can he just say that? My email add name has always been the same, now he never replies to my emails at all. I have wrote reviews worth 30 pounds and it seems like Simon Miller just do not care at all. Can I get any help because I feel like my time has been robbed here, not happy with the Bview Manager's help either. What other action should I take?

    I write reviews for B view and got the same email. They like you to write a certain amount of reviews in a month so often extended the date but I always get me money. They don't necessarily tell you they've paid you, they just pay into your paypal account.

  • Sorry, for some reason I didnt read the end of your post so ignore my last response. I dont understand why they would do that. Does Simon have a telehpone number on his emails?

    Similar thing happened to me when I signed up, just got fobbed off when I asked about the payment I should have got and then never heard from him again.
