Morning all

Doing the work thing today and tomorrow so this week is not going to be good flying wise but hey hoe it's not the end of the world.

Well done zoe in your preparations for Friday, it can't be easy reliving all this BUT try to remember (I know easier said than done) they are words on a page that can't hurt you any more. You are doing this for your kids and you. By doing this now it will stp him hurting any of you in the future. I applaud what you are doing, a very brave but necessary step to take.

OH is still a dying duck... He is still drugged naked and in bed... I however have to get the bugs to school and have filled in the forms for DD1 to have the HPV vaccine.. DD2 should be having it this year too.

Right.. best dash.. I have recycling to put out before I take these and my hair needs combing.. as usual

Right, breakfast decluttered and washing hung up. Bed stripped and in the WM but I have ran out of powder :mad: I nipped down to my aunts to pinch some, but my cousin has locked the door! There's a first!

Vacuum Floors
Level Three
Wipe down the paintwork

Firzdee ~ Living room, hall and stairs
Level One
Declutter and degrot the floors none to do
Vacuum/mop floor
Level Two
Dust and deweb
Wipe all the paintwork in the hall and stairs
Wipe the sofas
Level Three
Clear and wipe the table/mantel/etc and put back only what should be there.

clean the window

prep tea
S&S kitchen
make bed
see to cat
possibly cut grass back & front
possibly make a start on littleys room
possibly sort xmas decs boxes and store in utility?
watch Lovefilm DVD (then I can send it back and get a good one)
put cans/jars in recycling box
pack away folding chairs to store for the winter
put some stuff out of main freezer into spare freezer


Off to wipe the benches, make my bed and get ready for work.

Pull out the desk and clean under and behind..
15 minutes filing

sort through the linen cupboard, make it all neat and tidy

polish mirrors and put away all your excess slap and smellies

3. Sort any clothes no longer needed to go to charity shop/recycling
4. Put away all the excess shoes and bags that are lurking about

Yes finally the cat litter tray was changed with the aid of a large glass of vino. Feeling bit better today so will try and get things done on list.

ZOE Wow. You are a brave woman! If you cann get someone to be with you when you go through papers it may help (pref someone who knows what youv'e been through, and can validate what you say, because sometimes when you read through the papers you may start to question yourself) You will also need a big box of tissues and someting to punch. You may find it quite theraputic - you never know. Good luck anyway and don't let the b'stards get you down. You have one heck of a lot of support.:money:

Morning everyone. Nice and sunny here today. Will get some flying done here. Ive just got to go for my hair cut first. I was hoping the kitchen windows would have been done this week but no sign yet. Knowing my luck the window and bathroom guys will all turn up together on Monday :eek:.

zoe. You are a strong brave woman. Take the time today to read the papers. They will have evidence of things he has done. It will be hard for you to relive it but just remember all of the flyladies will be standing there with you shoulder to shoulder. Just imagine a circle of protection around you and the children.
