• Participation is open to residents of mainland Great Britain excluding employees of Joules Ltd and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
• Purchase is not necessary.
• To enter simply sign up to our newsletter.
• An independent person, selected by Joules, will randomly select the winner after 18TH October 2009 from all correct entries.
• This prize draw opens on the 14th September and closes on the 18th October 2009
• The winner will be notified by the 31st October 2009 by email - this must be acknowledged by the winner, by email, within 72 hours.
• Failure to respond to this email means an alternative winner will be selected from all valid entries received.
• The prize is £500 worth of Joules Clothing vouchers, which will be provided courtesy of Joules and will be delivered to the winner directly from Joules Clothing.
• Responsibility will not be accepted for loss, delay and corruption of any data in transit or in the incomplete nature of any entries to the prize draw.
• Only one entry per email address will be accepted.
• Responsibility will not be accepted for loss, delay or damage to prizes whilst being delivered.
• Competition prizes cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.
• We will not pass on your personal details to any other organization without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding the prize if necessary.
• The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
