Hiya all just noticed your thread and wanted to let you know that you can also just use the voucher to get £30 off your shopping. My friend did it the other day and I did it today in Tesco and they didn't even bat an eyelid. It means you don't get the hamper but £30 buys a lot of new baby items. This is my second baby and I'd much rather save money than have a few little samples. I hope this helps some of you too. xxx:):)

I applied about 8 weeks ago and got my voucher this week with the magazine. My local Tesco had one pamper hamper on the shelf so I grabbed it and went to the checkout with all my other shopping. When I gave the lady the voucher she didn't believe she had to take £30 off so sent me to customer services who I spent about 10 minutes arguing with as they said they'd never seen the voucher before!! It was scanning and then asking them to put in the value. After a lot of persuading they put it through but it left me feeling very hot and bothered!!

    Hi,

we went to Tesco this afternoon and the girl on checkout told me take my receipt and voucher to Customer Services to collect the hamper. But the staff there said the deal had expired. I was a bit annoyed because the voucher clearly said valid until 31/10/2010. They then suggested I drive to one of these mega-tesco stores about 20 miles away and see if they had any... not good.
  • Like pp, I applied last year got the mag and no voucher. Though I didn't realise that it was one of the normal pullout vouchers, I assumed it would be stand alone, so perhaps I throw it away without realising.
I wonder if I can reapply?!

Took me ages to get one of these as they were always out of stock but managed it in the end. I must say, how generous of Max Factor to give us all a pink and blue mascara... ;)

It's quite a nice sized box, will be good to keep in a different room to the changing station for lazy days!

tescopampers.co.uk now saying offer available until June 2011 :)
  • Tesco are telling me that Pampers can't supply them with any more hampers due to "high demand". Which I'm not happy about as I didn't sign up until summer, didn't get my voucher until last month (which expires 31/10/10) and have not seen any in stock anywhere since before I joined up! Disgusting. According to mum's to be on other forums they are still sending out the vouchers as well!

I signed up 6 weeks ago but nothing received in the post yet. :( I don't think Tesco are still promoting the hamper though coz I didn't know anything about it. The website has a pretty vague description of it's current offers:

" free series of glossy magazines, including Clubcard coupons to save you money"
    and
"a permit allowing you to park nearer the store. Plus lots more offers and discounts throughout your membership"

Update: just had a phone call from Tesco to apologise for the delay in sending out my pack (now 7 weeks). The woman informed me that Pampers have pulled out of the offer and that they would be putting a extra voucher booklet in my pack...and everyone elses I assume to make up for it!
